A bizarre food item that is a hit with preteens and tweens thanks to the television show iCarly has become a hit at Amesbury (MA) Public Schools, reports the Newbury Port News. The item is spaghetti tacos, which basically consists of two hard taco shells with a spaghetti/tomato sauce filling, although there are many variations (simply Google "spaghetti taco recipe" and you'll get plenty).

The Amesbury foodservice department loves the item because it is not only popular with elementary and middle schoolers but nutritious when served with whole grain taco shells, milk and a fruit/vegetable side.
