Texas Tech to Debut Food Truck

Texas Tech University Hospitality Services has rolled out the new StrEat food truck, reports KFYO.com. There is already a branded StrEat location in the school's Student Union but the truck will have a menu that changes monthly and will also feature a series of specially designed pita tacos and Monte Cristo sandwiches. The truck will begin operating weekdays this fall at a variety of campus locations still to be determined.
