Legends Hospitality, the entity that manages foodservice at Cowboys Stadium in Dallas, expected to realize a record $5 million in food and beverage sales at Super Bowl XLV, reports the Dallas News. The reason is a combination of a record attendance of over 100,000 and steep prices such as $10 for a beer, $9 for nachos and $25 for a sushi dish.
