An investigative report in the Boston Globe has found that the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) used an "urban blight" justification to seize one public street and the air rights over another, both next to Fenway Park, through eminent domain and hand it to the Boston Red Sox Major League Baseball team for its exclusive use.
