The new Kaiser Permanente Westside Medical Center in Tanasbourne, OR, plans to menu upscale dishes featuring as many locally sourced ingredients as possible, reports the Portland Business Journal. The 126-bed facility is expected to serve around 175 patient meals daily through a room service style model, while the retail operation is expected to sell some 450 meals daily to staff and visitors.
