The Jersey Mike’s Subs franchise at Monmouth University, its first campus-based unit, which opened in September of 2013, has outpaced the other six stations and stand-alone the Grille Works at Monmouth's Rebecca Stafford Center Food Court, as it accounted for 27% of all food sales in the student center building. It is consistently ranked number one in satisfaction surveys.

“Jersey Mike’s has been widely accepted by students,” says Mary Anne Nagy, vice president for student life and leadership engagement. “It is a wonderful addition to our food court in the Student Center and the ease of operation fits in well with our dining service, operated by Aramark.”

Jersey Mike’s opened its first non-traditional market location in 2013. Last year, in addition to its Monmouth University location, Jersey Mike’s opened in McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, Newark Liberty International Airport and Amtrak’s historic 30th Street Station in downtown Philadelphia.
