A group of 80 fourth graders at Liberty Elementary School in Azle, TX, experienced a multi-course "dinner" in fine dining style courtesy of district foodservices provider Sodexo, reports the Azle News. The students sat down to course of chicken noodle soup,salad, roast chicken and frozen yogurt with strawberry and chocolate sauce after viewing a video on dining etiquette.
Among the lessons they learn are how to use multiple forks and spoons and how to fold a lap napkin. This is the second year the event has been offered.
