Ban lifted in 2012 but now reinstated as law is found not to be unconstitutional.

A federal judge has ordered no more food service at funeral homes in the state of Pennsylvania, reports CBS Philadelphia. The Keystone State funeral home food ban was instituted in 1952 out of food safety concerns but ruled unconstitutional in 2012 by a federal judge. Now, a federal appeals court has reversed that ruling, once again banning food at funeral homes in the commonwealth.
