Three years after the COVID-19 coronavirus forced substantial restrictions on onsite dining, those restrictions are pretty much expected to disappear even as COVID variants keep cropping up. However, some of the social and cultural changes that the pandemic experience either birthed or accelerated seem to be here to stay, affecting how onsite dining markets will react. These changes include how workplaces operate and the role of technology in how, where and when dining service can be offered.
