John DiPietro has been promoted to vice president of operations for FitzVogt, a contract management firm that is part of the Trusthouse Services Group. DiPietro began his career at FitzVogt in 1999 as the food service director for The Landmark, a senior residence in Fall River, MA. He later helped launch the food service at Aquidneck Place in Portsmouth, RI, and was subsequently promoted to area manager, district manager, and most recently, regional director of operations.

In his new role, DiPietro will oversee the management of 110 accounts and direct new business acquisition in the New England and mid-Atlantic regions, an area running from Maine to Maryland and as far west as Indiana.

"John has been an essential part of FitzVogt’s structure for many years," says President/COO Jim Hecker. "His appointment to vice president of operations was a natural progression given his successful history with the company, and it has created a new energy and level of optimism that is refreshing for everyone."

FitzVogt provides food service to senior residences, schools, corporations, and other clients throughout the Northeast and mid-Atlantic.
