Dining, Housekeeping Firms Partner to Bundle Services

Dining services provider Culinary Services Group LLC (CSG) has announced a partnership with housekeeping/laundry contract firm IH Services Inc. to provide bundled dining, housekeeping, and laundry services to the healthcare market.

“In the past, these bundled services have only been available through larger companies,” says CSG President/CEO Richard Valway II. “Companies are traditionally either housekeeping or dining companies, but not both. The problem with this scenario is that most companies are good at one thing…so, for example, if your housekeeping and laundry company runs your dining department, you may be disappointed in your dining services.”

Westminster, Md., based CSG manages dining at 35 properties in ten Eastern states from Connecticut to South Carolina. Greenville, S.C. based IH Services provides housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and contract staffing services in 22 states throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast and has clients in several industries besides healthcare, including manufacturing & industrial, distribution, commercial, and education.
