Vincent Joseph Pantuso, who as president helped build Volume Services, Inc., into one of the nation's premier sports concessions operators, passed away recently at age 71. Pantuso joined Volume Services from ARA Corp. (now Aramark) in 1973 and helped build the business until it was acquired by Canteen Corp. in 1985.
