Celebrity Chef Opens Eatery in Downtown Cleveland Office Building

Kafeteria on facility's third floor features series of self-serve stations and is open to onsite workers and visitors.

Celebrity chef Zack Bruell has opened Kafeteria in Cleveland's 200 Public Square building to serve the facility's 2,400-some onsite workers as well as outside customers, reports the Cleveland Plain Dealer. The 8,500-sq.ft. casual, self-serve eatery features a series of serving stations featuring entrees, soups, salads, wood-fired pizzas, grill items, smoothies/juices, specialty coffee drinks and grab-and-go selections. It is currently open only for lunch but breakfast service is planned for down the line.
