Canteen Vending Services has acquired certain businesses of NCV Refreshment Services, the largest independently owned refreshment service provider in the Western United States. The deal includes the business owned and operated by NCV in Colorado, Arizona, California (San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento), Oregon and Washington, says a company spokesperson. It does not include any business NCV operates for any third-party.

"We have long admired North County Vending and its extensive network throughout the West," says Canteen Vending CEO Dennis Hogan. "We plan to maintain their culture as we merge both operations, and continue with the world-class service they have delivered over the years.”

Before the deal, NCV operated from 29 branch locations in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado and Utah according to its website.
