20 Foodservice Heroes from various markets who made a difference over the past year

When Food Management sent out a call for nominations of Foodservice Heroes—individuals who have exemplified the dedication and commitment to their customers and organizations—we received over 600 responses. Earlier, we highlighted select individuals from all the nominations we received. Featured on the following pages are other submissions from dining operations in markets like corrections, conference centers and sports/entertainment facilities of individuals who stepped up to ensure that customers continued to be fed over the past year.
