15 cool products from the NACUFS National Conference

One of the highlights of each NACUFS National Conference is the Exhibitor Showcase in which vendors to the college dining market show off some of their latest creations. A walk through the Showcase floor is both exhausting and stimulating given the hundreds of booths and thousands of individual products featured.

No summary can begin to provide a comprehensive look at all the food, beverage, technology, equipment, non-foods, grab and go items, etc., etc. on display but we did pick out a few highlights that particularly struck us as unusual/innovative/creative.
