When The Q debuted at Microsoft, it grew quickly, gaining serious fans of its rotating menu of Texas, Tennessee and Carolina barbecue. When the opportunity to set up shop in an old shipping container came up, The Q at Café 31 was born: an outdoor barbecue experience like no other.
