We do a Vegetables in the Classroom program at our elementary schools. In October bell peppers were introduced in a classroom setting, which allowed the teacher to prepare vegetable in front of the students. Each student got a taste. I heard a lot of excitement from teachers and students. I also prepare an info sheet that goes home.,
