The Palace of Auburn Hills (MI) arena and Palace Sports & Entertainment have signed an agreement with Big Boy Restaurants International LLC, to open a 875-sq.ft Big Boy outlet in The Palace, home of the Detroit Pistons NBA team. The Big Boy stand in the arena’s Comcast Pavilion is manned by a six-person staff on most nights and has a full working grille. Big Boy restaurants, headquartered in nearby Warren, MI, are extremely popular in the Detroit market.
