INGREDIENTS:40 oz. Flame-Roasted Corn & Black Bean Fiesta blend
24 oz. chicken meat, cooked, cubed, 1 inch x1 inch
76 fl. oz. water
28 oz. tomatoes, diced, canned
2 ¼ oz. chicken base
1 Tbsp. salt
1 ¼ oz. chili powder
2 ½ oz. masa, instant
6 ½ oz. pepper jack cheese
12 cilantro sprigs DIRECTIONS:Place vegetables, chicken, water, tomatoes, chicken base, salt and chili powder in a 2-gallon sauce pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Place instant masa in small bowl and blend with 12 fl. oz. of the chili. Add mixture from small bowl to chili, and mix well. Simmer chili for 5 more minutes.
