YIElD: 8 servings

1 1⁄2 lb. ground beef
1⁄2 cup diced onions
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 lb. frozen Tater Tots

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain.

  3. Combine ground beef, onions, soup, water and mixed vegetables. Mix well and place in casserole dish or 9x13 inch pan.

  4. Spread Tater Tots on top evenly.

  5. Bake uncovered for approximately 40 minutes or until tater tots are crispy and hot dish is at 165°F.
