INGREDIENTS:½ cup Kellogg's Com Flakes Crumbs
1 pkg (1-¼ oz.) taco seasoning mix
2 Tbsps. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 pkg (13.2 oz.) Kellogg's Eggo Mini Waffles, slightly toasted
Vegetable cooking spray, as needed
Salsa, optional
Light sour cream, optionalDIRECTIONS:1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large plastic zipper bag, combine corn flakes caumbs, taco seasoning mix and Pammesan cheese. Set aside.

2. Break toasted waffles apart. Spray each side with cooking spray. Place waffles in bag with taco seasoning mixture. Gently shake to coat each waffle.

3. To Cook: Place taco bites on cookie sheets and bake until cnsp. Or, if you prefer, heat a large nonstick skillet that has been lightly coated with cooking spray. Heat waffles about 10 minutes or until they are crisp. Serve wamm.
