Summer Garden Pizza

INGREDIENTS:1 Tbsp. 1 tsp. Tabasco« brand Pepper Sauce, divided
7 oz. ricotta cheese
½ tsp. basil, dried
to taste, salt
1 prepared pizza dough round, 14 inches
1/3 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 cup tomato, diced
½ cup zucchini, quartered
3/4 cup green pepper, julienne
3/4 cup red pepper, julienne
½ cup onion, diced
½ tsp. oregano, driedDIRECTIONS:Combine Tabasco« brand Pepper Sauce, ricotta cheese, basil and salt. Reserve until needed.
Place dough on an oiled pizza screen. Dock the dough well. Spread with Tabasco«-ricotta mixture, leaving a 1-inch border around the edge. Spread spinach, tomato, zucchini, peppers, onion and oregano on top of the ricotta. Bake in preheated 450¦F oven for 7 minutes.
