We were faced with increased meal plans and not enough dining seating between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., so we expanded our meals swipes to include four of our retail operations in our union as well as our food truck and two new venues on campus. Student satisfaction was greatly increased, and we diverted 15% of our customers during the crunch hours to other venues.
