We started making UConn Blue Swirl bread for our PB&Js. We wanted to create bread using the official UConn blue and it turned out to be really popular. The bread is made like a jellyroll. We roll the blue dough into the outer layer of white dough. Then we proof and bake the bread. When sliced, it has a blue spiral in the white bread.
