To provide quality training at an affordable cost, we have a trainer that we share with other districts. Many districts are not large enough to have their own trainer, so this is a way to provide training at a reasonable cost. Each district purchases the number of days it wants, and combining the needs of many districts provides a full year’s work for the trainer.,
