YIELD: 4-6 servings

3 avocados 
2 tomatoes, diced
½ Spanish onion, diced
1 bunch coriander, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
3 serrano chiles, chopped
1 tsp. mayonnaise
½ tsp. ginger zest
1 cup small pieces of pork crackling

1. Mash the avocados and combine with remaining ingredients.
