We have a mystery shopper program called Cornell R.O.C.K.S., where we use staff, faculty and students who get paid by our Big Red Bucks. A banner and certificate are given out to one retail operation and one board plan. The banner moves, but the certificate is for the winner to have bragging rights. It raises awareness of quality of food and service campus wide.,
