Santa Fe BBQ Ranch Salad

INGREDIENTS:Honey Barbecue Ranch Dressing:
1 ½ cups Cattlemen’s® Honey Barbecue Sauce
½ cup Ranch dressing, prepared
Salad:
12 chicken strips, breaded, deep-fried, warm
16 cups romaine lettuce,chopped
1 cup red onion, sliced
2 cups avocado, diced
½ cup bacon, crumbled
2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
12 Roma tomato slicesDIRECTIONS:Combine ½ cup barbecue sauce and dressing in a bowl; blend. Set aside.
Toss chicken in remaining barbecue sauce and set aside.
To assemble single serving, toss 4 cups lettuce with ¼ cup dressing; place on salad plate. Top with ¼ cup onions, ½ cup avocado, 2 Tbsp. bacon and ½ cup cheese. Arrange 3 chicken strips over top. Garnish with 3 tomato slices. SERVINGS:4 servings From: PHOTO CREDIT:Photo Credit: FRENCH’S FOODSERVICE
