¼ cup canola oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. fresh red or sweet onion, diced
¼ tsp. Worcestershire sacue
¼ tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
2 Tbsps. granulated sugar
1. Mix all ingredients in blender thoroughly to combine. Refrigerate.
2. If desired, serve with strawberry chicken spinach salad.
