Parkhurst, Cura Parent Forms Onsite Unit

Eat'n Park Hospitality Group consolidated its Parkhurst Dining Services and Cura Hospitality units into a new Onsite Brands division, with Cura founder/president Mitch Possinger as president.

Jeff Broadhurst, who had been president of Parkhurst, has been named president of the parent company's Restaurant Division, where he will be responsible for the Eat'n Park, Park Classic Diner and Six Penn Kitchen restaurant operations. He succeeds Basil Cox, who was promoted to vice chairman.

Within the Onsite Brands Division, Nick Camody will serve as executive vice president/COO for Parkhurst and Patrick Johnson will serve as executive vice president of operations for Cura.

The Pittsburgh-based company was founded as a family " carhop." It's combined 2005 sales exceeded $105 million.
