I put up butcher paper the week prior to finals with a call for the students to tell us what they’d like to eat the last week. By the end of the day, it was filled with menu ideas generated by our students. We wrote the menu using every idea. We served carne asada, fried cheese ravioli, chicken pot pie and the ever-popular “breakfast for dinner.”
