Our managers host “The 411” at the beginning of every shift in each of our dining operations. The goal is to provide key information such as weather, menu selections, employee updates, special events, issues and repairs. Our team leaders provide a safety tip of the day and a “gold standard” focus such as reciting our credo or motto.
