Ice cream partners

To try to build camaraderie among foodservice and housekeeping staff, who don’t really know each other, we created an ice cream social. We paired employees, and each one had to make an ice cream sundae for the other person. They all got a treat, but it also was a great opportunity just to learn something about another person.
