INGREDIENTS:1 ½ cups rhubarb, trimmed, cut into ½ inch slices
1 lb. plums, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 ½ Tbsp. ginger root, peeled, finely chopped
1 cup clover or orange blossom honey
1 Tbsp. orange zest DIRECTIONS:Combine all ingredients and bring just to a boil. Immediately reduce heat. Simmer, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens, about 40 minutes.
