We use pictures of best and worst practices in our kitchens. Pictures are taken as the training specialist and I visit the cafeterias. At the end of each month a presentation is shown called The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Kitchen staffs are proud to see themselves make The Good list, and on the other lists, a picture is worth a thousand hours of training.,
