A truckload of tortas, a whole lotta banh mi, a brigade of bacon, potato chips for crunch, a healthy dollop of mayo and so many seasonal veggies and global hot sauces. That’s just a taste of what we found while judging this year’s Food Management Best Sandwich competition. It was one of the toughest tasks around, as you’ll see from the amazing winners with stunning worlds of flavor between slices of bread that make the most of the one menu item that is foodservice’s bread and butter: the sandwich.
