Fattoush is a Lebanese bread salad that features fried or toasted flatbread pieces and fresh vegetables like cucumbers, radishes and tomatoes, in addition to herbs. While it’s still found mostly on fine-dining and independent restaurant menus, it’s gaining traction with consumers.
