We took baby steps to start our own farmers’ market on site. We have partnered with our downtown farmers’ market to do cooking demos with our chef and a registered dietitian. We use the local produce and create dishes on the spot. The dietitian provides the nutritional benefits and is available to answer questions regarding the variety of foods available.,
