To make it easier to deliver meals to off-site charter schools and summer feeding locations, we use colored tape to close the boxes, because they all look the same. Green tape is breakfast, clear is lunch, white is cold pack and yellow is allergen-friendly meals. It’s easiest for the driver and my site people. They can count the number of [boxes with] green tape, clear tape, etc.
