We held an America Coast to Coast dinner in our residential dining hall. We had each destination set up as its own area—once in the dining hall, students were able to enjoy all areas. We picked Boston, Memphis, Austin, San Francisco and Maui. We did research on local restaurants in those areas and selected a few options to serve at each destination.,
