Catered block parties spur resident connections

We help residents host "block parties" throughout the year to help them meet their neighbors. The parties are held inside the lounges on each of the residents' floors and are completely customizable. Residents get to choose what dishes from the menu they want, as well as what drinks they want, and we come and set it all up.
