YIELD: 1 serving
1 avocado
2 tbs. fresh lime juice
1 tbs. white onion, diced
1 tbs. tomato, diced
½ tbs. jalapeno chile
2 tbs. buffalo hot sauce
2 tbs. blue cheese, crumbled
1 tbs. celery, diced
1. Smash avocado and mix with lime juice, diced onion, tomato and jalapeno.
2. Layer guacamole mixture into a plastic pint container.
3. Top with hot sauce, blue cheese and diced celery.
