INGREDIENTS:72 Tyson® Fully Cooked Oven Roasted Wings, frozen (#3303)
Chimichurri Sauce:
3 ¼ cups white balsamic vinegar
6 jalapenos, rough chopped
12 whole garlic cloves
½ tsp. bay leaf, ground
3 cups Italian parsley, fresh, fine-chopped
3 cups cilantro, fresh, fine-chopped
3 cups oregano, fresh Mexican, fine-chopped
3 cups olive oil, mild, extra virgin
3/4 cup vidalia onion, minced DIRECTIONS:Place wings on foil-lined sheet pans. Heat in preheated conventional oven at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes (or heat in preheated convection oven at 325°F for 10-12 minutes). Remove from oven. Keep warm above 140°F.

For chimichurri sauce: Combine vinegar, jalapenos and garlic in blender until smooth. Transfer to large bowl.

Add bay leaf, parsley, cilantro, oregano, olive oil and onion to vinegar blend. Mix thoroughly and season to taste. Set aside until ready to toss wings.

To assemble single serving: Toss 6 wings with 2 Tbsp. sauce. Serve over Latin-inspired polenta, such as manchego cheese and serrano chile, with red bell pepper coulis. SERVINGS:12 servings From: PHOTO CREDIT:Photo Credit: TYSON
