Hampshire Dining Center is the latest campus eatery at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst to get a full makeover. At the start of the 2013-14 school year the school took the wraps off the result of the two-year, $15.5 million renovation project.

Specializing in the serving of minimally processed foods, seasonal plant-based items, less red meat, more sustainable seafood and healthier oils, fats and beverages (no sodas), the 46,000-sq.ft. venue features a dozen serving stations specializing in fare such as Asian, noodles, street foods, sushi, Latin American and Italian. There is even a gluten-free/vegetarian concept.
