Gary CoyleTo cover the cost of our switch to biodegradable to-go containers in our Mexican grille, we charge students 25 cents for them. They can still get their food in aluminum foil for free, but instead of building the cost in, we decided to price them separately. Very few customers order the aluminum foil option, which shows that students are willing to pay for the biodegradable containers.
