Emory University Dining Services will shut down the production kitchen in its Cox Hall venue from May 15 to August 13 for renovations, reports the Emory Wheel. One of two primary production facilities on campus, the Cox kitchen will receive new equipment and will have its layout completely redesigned in order to facilitate more efficiencies. The front of the house will receive only minor cosmetic upgrades as part of the renovation initiative.
