Philosopher #1
2 oz. ground turkey
1 pretzel slider roll
1 ½ Tbsps. pickled sauerkraut
½ oz. sliced Muenster cheese, melted in burger
½ Tbsp. whole grain mustard
1 Tbsp. turkey bacon, crisp, chopped

Philosopher #2
2 oz. ground turkey
1 dark rye slider roll
½ Tbsp. Dijon/mayo mix
1 ½ oz. blue cheese, melted onto burger
1 Tbsp. turkey bacon, crisp, chopped and drizzled with honey

Philosopher #3
2 oz. ground turkey
1 brioche slider roll, butter-toasted
5 cilantro leaves
3 red onion rings
½ oz. smoked gouda
½ Tbsp. honey BBQ sauce, spread onto top bun

1.    Form the ground turkey into patties and grill until done.
2.    Assemble each slider with the remaining ingredients.
