This different frittata features whipped eggs, feta cheese, kalamata olives and fresh spinach.
4 oz. whipped eggs
1 oz. feta cheese
1/2 oz. kalamata olives, chopped
1/2 oz. fresh spinach, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh tomato, diced, for garnish
1. Place all dry ingredients in baking cup and pour egg over top.
2. Bake at 325°F for 10 to 12 mins. in convection oven.
