YIELD: 1¾ CUPS

2 Tbsps. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsps. mirin (rice wine)
2 Tbsps. soy sauce
2 Tbsps. sweet chili sauce
2 Tbsps. vegetable oil
¾ cup fresh orange juice
⅓ cup sesame oil
2 tsps. freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced garlic cloves
1 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted

1. Whisk together all ingredients and marinate selected cut of beef 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
